3. PHONE: with visa/mastercard. Meet a real live friendly person in the Frozen Sky office Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm CST, 262 552 4012. If we're out, leave a message, we'll call you back.
4. IN PERSON: cash or charge at concerts. We usually have most of our CDs at gigs. Notify us in advance for a book purchase, and we will bring it.
U.S. ORDERS: $4.60 Priority postage for first item. ($1 for each additional item) Delivery: 3-7 business days.
NON-U.S. ORDERS: $10.75 First Class postage for first item ($1 for each additional item) Delivery: 6-14 business days.
